There's something addictive about the close-up shot that I prefer over the whole piece. Maybe it's that good old depth of field.

Your art is fascinating! I loved the textures and your use of colour. As a non-painter, I would be very interested to know how your art was constructed; an insight into the mind of an artist would be incredibly interesting! Any chance of a step by step guide into the creative process?
